At Clearwater Family & Sedation Dentistry, our goal is to help our patients feel comfortable at your visit. At Clearwater Family & Sedation Dentistry, whether you are a new patient, or a patient of record, at your visit with us, you'll receive diagnostic and preventive services from your hygienist and dental team. That may include:

  • Updating and collecting all medical history information
  • Oral cancer screening
  • Evaluation of gum tissue
  • Checking biting, chewing and swallowing patterns
  • Appropriate x-rays of teeth to determine cavities or decay
  • Removal of plaque and tartar
  • Fluoride application
  • Sealants (for children)
  • Polishing teeth
  • Adjusting and cleaning of any removable dentures
  • Any educational instructions patients might need
